Chiffon print dress by Missoni M. Simple, Regency-derived construction --- bias-cut, puffed, elasticized cap sleeves, tapered waist, and a slim skirt with a deep ruffle at the hem. The textile is gorgeous, a swirling, Art-Nouveau-inspired floral print with intricate details. Predominate colors are green and blue. Overdress is a sheer, printed, rayon chiffon. Underdress is a saturated, slippery, robin-blue crepe. For a garden nymph.
